Ocean Star International Freight Shipping Responds To The Earthquake Catastrophe In Haiti By All The Shipping Costs Of Four 20' Containers Full Of Humanitarian Aid From Miami To Port Au Prince, Haiti .

We've been concentrating in transporting commercially to Port Au Prince, Haiti for ages. It is our civic compulsion to help the survivors of the haiti earthquake in the best way we know how. Our team is prepared and directing with philanthropic groups to organize drop off locations in Miami-Dade County and Broward County. We're working with the Catholic Charities and other humanitarian organizations on the ground in Port Au Prince for distribution centers in Haiti", states Christopher Norwood, VP of Business Development.. "In addition to the four shipping containers we have contributed, we are seeking for more donors."

OSI freight forwarder will offer two drop locations and is requesting for contributions of canned food, bottled water, blankets, clothing, and hospital supplies.

The shipping ports in Port Au Prince finally re-open. The world can once again return to shipping containers of aid and construction supplies directly into Port Au Prince. Many organizations have been collecting donations and can now forward the freight to survivors via ocean freight. Until now, most of the humanitarian relief has been arriving through air freight shipments.
